This has inspired me to make my own Kilt Hose pattern. I can tell you that the most difficult part was modifying the calf, but don't be afraid, is not as hard as you may think. The Cable pattern, of 14 Stitches is simple to make. Making a cuff should not be a problem either.
So here they are, I am getting a nice Goldenrod Flash garter for the Hose and I hope they look Flashy enough. I thought the same thing about designing some kilt hose of my own. The harder part was to figure out the Decreases and now I know what to do. It looks like I am carrying Klingon dagger in my sock. QaplaH'
