This hat is to be made on Aran Weight or DK weight and I went with Cascade ecological wool which is considered a Bulky yarn. Dropped down to US 6 and had to skip some rows. The name of the Pattern is Flintshire and is a Ravelry Pattern for sale.by Ashley Knowlton .
I went by the numbers until row 31 the every other row until row 51,( I did just the odd numbers), I did do line 36 and 52, then did as the pattern suggested.
The result was a perfectly shaped hat, and very soft. I am hoping to make another one in DK weight with some Baby Alpaca with a Twist that I have. Thanks for stopping by!
