The Celtic Sun is a Cat born out of the thoughts of Ireland. It is done as I was hoping using two complete skeins of Aurora 8 Karabella yarn. This is a worsted Weight kind of yarn that is very lovely to the touch. The material is very manageable and it deals well with a hook size F.
I am not showing you a really big picture until I am done with the other one that I am beginning to test tonight. It will be in Fingering weight Yarn. It will have a different termination than this one, meaning the last 5 rows may be a bit different. What better than to have two Hats for the price of one, nobody I know gives you those options. The bigger the yarn the less yardage , but you have to be careful. Sometimes the material may behave very different than what it says, nothing bad about it , it is just a fact. This Aurora 8 is very flexible and it behaves like a light weight yarn with the F hook. Anyway I hop you like my new Creation-Recreation of the Celtic Sun. Thanks for stopping by.
I am hoping that this blog will help you and me experience the craft of crochet as well as knitting. During times of silence or turmoil, crochet and knitting continuously help me quiet my mind at my own pace, enabling me to find my center. I am also sharing my SECRET persona, Lt. DAX, my life in code while living in Bajor. Maybe fiction maybe not is up to you to decide. Peldor Joi!!!
