I told you I do crochet and these gloves are proof lol The Fingerless or Not Glove Pattern found HERE is the pattern that I have used for these beauties. It is a fun pattern and given the fact that it is the first ever Glove Pattern that I have made they look fantastic. The feel a bit smaller, I could probably add a free stitches and rows to make it more comfy. The Fingers are made Using Lambs Pride worsted weight, Aurora 8 Karabella, Knit Picks Wool of the Andes and some Paton's Merino. At one point I ran out of blue so I did an experiment, I use one row of Knit Picks and one of Lambs Pride and you can't really tell, it is the blue finger by the way. lol I am hoping to take some sock yarn in a future trip and make some cutesy gloves. Thanks for stopping by!
I am hoping that this blog will help you and me experience the craft of crochet as well as knitting. During times of silence or turmoil, crochet and knitting continuously help me quiet my mind at my own pace, enabling me to find my center. I am also sharing my SECRET persona, Lt. DAX, my life in code while living in Bajor. Maybe fiction maybe not is up to you to decide. Peldor Joi!!!

They are gorgeous!!! They remind me of a pair of toe socks I had in high school
The gloves are really cute! :)
I copied the pattern to crochet them too (thanks for the link!). This time of the year you really need gloves (and other warm stuff too) here in Finland. The temperature is around + 5-10 degrees Celcius which is, I suppose, around + 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit.
Out of curiosity, what is the temperature in your area?
Best regards, Marja
Here in San Francisco the temperature can get close to 0 Celcius, but very rare, still it get's a bit cold in the Winter between 10 and 15 C.
