1. "Spirals And Tangents" A crochet Hat

The Spirals and Tangents Hat is a Family Hat, it is a great opportunity for you to test the waters of Tapestry Crochet. It uses Front Post double crochet. It is easily sized and comes with two Video Suplements links to help along if you want or need the help, or just to hear me give you some pointers about making this hat. It has texture and the ability to transform itself with the flip of your hand, there is a brim and thus a different hat altogether. Gauge is extremely important specially if you are substituting the yarn suggested. The construction of these hats is relaxed, yet firm. I have wanted to make a crochet hat in this way for some time now. All hats in the round are spiral by nature, and I wanted to have a pattern that took advantage of this natural occurrence. Featured yarn is HiKoo Simplicity. This is $ 6.00.

2. "Solstice Arrow" A Crochet Hat

The “Solstice Arrow” was created as a simple Tapestry Crochet Hat. You may use yarns from dk to Worsted weight. You have a design with the ability of creating many Hat sizes. This is a very simple, yet challenging pattern, it uses Tapestry Crochet with the Front Posting of stitches. Make your Solstice brighter with the wonderful and almost endless color combinations. Express your individuality with this hat. Featured yarn is HiKoo Simplicity.

Whether for a baby, teenager or an adult, it adjusts to the appropriate size. Gauge is dependent on tension, hook size and yarn weight, allowing you to be creative in sizing. A good fitted hat, needs to have some room and be relaxed. The technique used to make these hats creates a dense fabric, keeping your head warm by design. This is $ 6.00.
